Please be aware of a project that will impact all of our ASDealerNet users.
The current ASDealerNet login process will be replaced with Sign In, a digital security tool that will simplify the user experience and allow users to reset their password without having to call or email the customer service team.
It’s important to note: changing the login process will not impact the speed of login or ASDealerNet performance.
To minimize the amount of change for our users’ experience at once, this project will be launched in two phases:
- New look for login screen – seen by all ASDealerNet users later in October. Click here to see the email draft to go to all ASDealerNet users during this phase.
- A forced password expiration at a later date, done in waves that will require users to register for the Sign In tool. Registration includes users verifying their identify, including proving they have access to the email address we have on file and setting up security questions and answers. Providing this information will allow users to verify their identity when using the self-service password reset tool in the future. Users will receive an email from us with this information, as well as step-by-step registration guide with screenshots.
