Our dealers have recently requested more resources to help support and explain the benefits of Nexia Diagnostics to their homeowners. In response, we have created several new resources that we hope will help our dealers more easily connect with homeowners.
Also, don’t forget to promote the unique benefits of Dealer Remote Access: Dealers and service techs can practice social distancing while diagnosing and maintaining a customer’s HVAC system, and potentially prevent the need for an in-person service call.
