The requirement to return defective parts was suspended on March 23, 2020. Since March 2020, there has been no return of defective parts required.
Beginning on Monday, June 29, 2020, part return requirements will be put back in place. Parts that are required to be returned will again show up in the claim filer’s “Due Parts Inbox” of your WMS homepage for claims submitted beginning on Monday, June 29. Parts in the Due Parts Inbox must be shipped back prior to claim payment.
Please take action by proactively letting customers know that parts returns will be getting started up again on Monday, June 29, 2020.
