To support our rollout of American Standard Home and the transition away from the Nexia® brand, we are releasing a thermostat update to our customers; some customers may see it as soon as early May*.
As shown below, the Nexia icon shown in the “Menu” screen of all smart thermostats will be updated to the new “Smart Home” icon shown to the right.
This is the first step in rebranding our smart thermostat firmware.
We are also rebranding and removing all mentions of Nexia on our packaging, manuals, and other collateral; please check the Home dealer kit and ASDealerNet for the most up-to-date resources.
To address thermostats that are already in inventory, we have sent a card to dealers that they can insert into the boxes and hand out to homeowners to let them know that they need to download the American Standard Home mobile app instead of Nexia. These can also be ordered through the Marketing Resource Center.
