As you know, we are in the process of transitioning from our Nexia™ mobile app to American Standard® Home. We are currently rolling out the new app slowly to our American Standard Nexia users, so that we can offer support and do not overwhelm our Customer Support team. Our new app has the same features and functionality that our Nexia app previously offered, but now our development efforts will focus on continuously improving our homeowners’ experience with their American Standard HVAC system.
We have also launched our new American Standard Diagnostics dealer portal, which provides homeowners and HVAC technicians with real-time notifications and historical performance data to seamlessly create whole home comfort. Check it out today!: https://diagnostics.asairhome.com.
